KDE and ClearCase on Irix 6.5

Eddie,
I am also using dynamic views and they work fine. I don't run anything
at KDE startup that relates to ClearCase. What do you see in /view if
you use the command line and type 'cd /view; ls'?
Is your view mounted? Use 'ct lsview | grep <your view here>' and see if
there is an asterisk before the view name.
As you say, KDE just looks at the file system, so if your files appear
in /view then KDE should be able to access them. It is possible for the
ClearCase admin to use another name other than /view as the view
directory, but most admins leave it alone.
Nick.
