compiling kde3.1.4

When compiling kde3.1.4 with konstruct (in the part of kdemultimedia), happens 
a error, and i see in the log file that was requesting for a file:

'ac_nonexistent.h': No such file or directory"

where can i get this file  ac_nonexistent.h
I made searches and i couldnt find where to get that file

Any Help?
