Linking against native QT (no X11??)

KDE uses X11 for some Window Manager things and I think for
authentification in inter process communcation.
I guess the mailinglist of the Fink KDE porting team
http://fink.sourceforge.net/news/kde.php and of the Win32 KDE porting
team http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/ will provide better information
about platform dependencies of KDE code.
Also checkout the kdenox module in KDE's CVS
