Anti-aliasing

The first question is: are you using FontConfig.

If not, you need to list the directories which you want to use for AAed 
fonts in: you XftConfig file.

If you are using FontConfig, run [as root]:

	fc-cache -v

and make sure that it is finding your directories.

Also note that you can only AA Type1 and TrueType fonts.
