window list button as toggle

I just filed a bug report on this. Anyone interested?

Just like the "Show Desktop" icon on the panel, it would be nice if the window
list button acts as a toggle. This way, you could click once to show your
window list and then click it again to hide it. I can't think of any reason
you would want to click on it twice to show it twice. The only way to get rid
of it now is to click on another window. This feature becomes very convenient
when you need to check the window title for a change in status (take gaim for
instance, or kopete, which might change the title of the application when a new
message arrives). Since the window list button already shows a depressed
state, it would be trivial to make it a "toggle" type of button.

judgement. For even the very wise cannot see all ends."
