Konsole doesn't copy to clipboard properly.

Actually having to clipboards is specified in the X Window clipboard 
specifiaction.
One clipboard is SELECTION (copy&paste by mouse) and the second is PRIMARY 
(copy&paste with keyboard).

If an app does not paste my middle click if the text was selected with the 
mouse, either the source or the target app is buggy.

I recommend testing both apps with another app and file a bug report 
against the culprit.
