Konsole doesn't copy to clipboard properly.

I believe this is a new setting in KDE 3.1 that defaults to the
non-unix standard mode.  In clipper there are settings for copy and
paste modes.  This is for people who want unix to behave like
windows, so you have to use CTRL-C to copy and CTRL-V to paste.  I
believe the setting you want is:

Synchronize contents of the clipboard and selection

under the klipper configuration.
