KDM and .xsession

Hi,

KDM seems not to execute .xsession file in the
home directory.
Is this normal ?

I actually try to load dockapps automatically
for fluxbox, so I edited the .xsession file,
but it doesn't seem to be executed.
Others, who use GDM, say it would work.
I would like to retain using KDM.

BTW, I use Debian woody with backports of KDE 3.1.3
