KDE problems

How do I import addresses and bookmarks from Netscape v.
4.78 to KDE 3.1.0(Konqueror 3.1.0/K-mail 1.5)

A bigger problem:

I have a "NO SUBJECT, UNKNOWN SENDER" post with no message,
and it replaces any post I click on with itself.  

"Delete" does not clear any of the copies or the original.

I have closed K-mail before I logged off; when opening 
K-mail all of "NO SUBJECT, UNKNOWN SENDER" "messages" are 
still there.
