Pick and choose from CVS?

Hi all.

I'm wondering if it's possible to install a particular module from CVS
without having to install tons of other stuff along with it.  

I'm particularly interested in kdeaddons/konq-plugins/minitools, but
have no interest in running a CVS copy of konqueror, or any of the other
kdeaddons.

Can it be done?  I'm having trouble figuring out the necessary
configure/make combo to make it happen.
