kpackage's back (was: fooling psyche)

SOLVED: Maybe helpful for rh8.0 users?
I followed a hint from the psyche-list at redhat and
replaced kdeadmin with package from Mandrake 9.0
(needs liblcms too)
just 'rpm -i liblcms*.rpm' and 
a dirty `rpm -U --force kdeadmin*.rpm'
and kpackage works as it should again!
(So I wonder about rh's reasons to remove?)
