is there any way to change the size (width) of TASKBAR ? not PANEL

Yes, I played around with moving that taskbar. I moved it next to Klipper, and it enlarged. But
still, there is some empty space in the left.
After I did this, my panel look like this:

[K][.....]         [-----taskbar--------][Klipper][time]

It's better than before because the taskbar is now bigger. But still it's not enlarged maximal.
What I need is, to utilize ALL the empty space :

[K][.....][--------taskbar------------][Klipper][time]

Like in Micro$oft Windows, the taskbar will be expanded maximal, I cant do the same with KDE.
