alarms in korganizer 4hrs late

Hi,

I'm using KDE 3.0.  I'm in the EDT (-4:00) timezone.  I'm having trouble
with the new (KDE 3.0) korganzier triggering alarms 4 hours late.  For
example, today I set one for 12:30pm, but it triggered at 4:30pm.
Everything seems to be fine otherwise, even korganizer's idea of the
time (as indicated by the redline in today's agenda).  Did anybody
experience this too?

Version of kalarmd: 3.0.1 from Debian (beta debs).
