dcopserver and user start

Hello !

probably mishandled my permissions. Now I am with a problem to try to
restaure the right ones.

When trying to start kde2 as user, I receive an answer complaining about
.DCOPserver,  ... check if dcopserver active ...

Any idea ?

PS. re former inquiries of mine : now kwintv and others work fine.
