kde 3.1 and Conectiva Icon Theme 1.0

Hello,
   I am tried kde 3.1 from cvs (qt-3.0.6 from kde cvs qt-copy) and Conectiva 
Icon Theme 1.0 and I haven't all icons
  In kmail exits only Print,Delete message, Address book

What is wrong ?
