audiocd slave, ogg bitrate setting doesn't work

Hello,

When I use the audiocd:/ slave to rip music into Ogg Vorbis files, they 
are always ripped at a bitrate of 112 kbps regardless of what bitrate 
settings I specify under:
KDE Control Center -> Sound -> Audio CD IO-Slave -> Ogg Vorbis Settings

Any ideas?
