kmail: sending/receiving messages in HTML

I belong to a few mailing lists which are personal rather 
than technical and get the occasional html mail, and for 
it, I just turn on html for the folder, read the mail, and 
turn it back off. What bothers me is some mails that come 
with the content as an attachment. That's annoying. But 
these writers are not technically skilled at all. So I 
don't complain, because they are my cyber-friends etc.
