[Bug 40647] KMail: Unable to move mail into IMAP subfolders with filters

Every time a bug is marked as duplicate, two emails are sent to 
kmail at kde.org - one for each of the two duplicate reports. One of 
them (the one I'm replying to) is really useless and simply annoying. 
Isn't there a way to turn this off, so that only one email is sent?
