kmail annoyance

Under settings/kmail/composer/phrases, you are supposed to be able to use a %L 
for a linespace. I pop 3 %L's in front of the "reply to all" phrase and it 
puts the beginning of the message below the cursor which is on the second 
line still. 

The problem I am having is, the "reply to" button uses the "reply to all" 
phrase. "reply to all" uses the correct phrase. I use kmail 1.4 on KDE 3.0.0.

I don't think there is a way to move the cursor around, like to put it at the 
bottom of the message or whatever. At least not in the documentation I read. 
To encourage proper netiquette, that feature would be appreciated.
