kmail annoyance

Thanks!  I'd never asked but that's been a minor annoyance for me for 
years, too.

| Under settings/kmail/composer/phrases, you are supposed to be able to
| use a %L for a linespace. I pop 3 %L's in front of the "reply to all"
| phrase and it puts the beginning of the message below the cursor
| which is on the second line still.
