Getting Qt on Windows

For one, the KDE users list is probably not the place to ask.

For 2, you shouldn't be using WINdows - for any reason. Especially if you're poor like me - you simply can't afford it. Spend your money on better hardware and use a free Linux (or BSD) distro. 

QT for WIndows is not free, and probably never will be - that (and the Mac OS X version)  are how the Trolls make their money
