I am not sure what you want to do.
You wrote that you want to start 4 Konquerors on different desktops.
If you want to start them all at once, you couls write a script like this:

#!/bin/sh
kstart --desktop 1 kfmclient openURL url1
kstart --desktop 2 kfmclient openURL url2
kstart --desktop 3 kfmclient openURL url3
kstart --desktop 4 kfmclient openURL url4
- ----

If you want it to execute on startup, put it into the Autostart folder.
