Starting Konquerer automatically on 4 separate desktops.

I should have been more specific though. Where would I put the file containing the kstart command and what should I name it?
There is a separate Desktop subdirectory for each of the monitors in the users home directory structure. i.e.
/home/username/Desktop/
/home/username/Desktop1/
/home/username/Desktop2/
/home/username/Desktop3/
Can you help?

and use
kfmclient openURL url
to start open the URL url in konqueror
