Yes, this is correct. Thanks, Sebastian, for clarifying.

Furthermore, we will strive to not remove anything or break links. Most of the 
time what we want to do is cut down the number of steps it takes a visitor to 
reach what they are looking for and to signpost things more effectively so 
they are easier to find.

And anything we think is worth changing, we will test run in private, not 
touching the main site until we have sought advice from everybody who has a 
stake in the process.
