For https://www.kde.org/applications/, I'm suggesting that we just style the already-localized "download me!" text to look like a button, and make it more prominent. I think all that stuff is still running on SVN and not exposed to Phabricator, right?

SVN is registered on phabricator.

(I'm just not sure how much effort should be put into something that it's
going to be thrown away and where the new translation system is still not
clear, but... up to whoever does the work).
