Is the sphinx set up only on forums or on *base?

For the basic version it should be roughly 100-150 lines of PHP code for
each site + 150-200 lines of JS + CSS, so its not that big project. For more
complex searches, like filtering by author we can just fall back to current
search interface  :)

I could work on this project, but if Jay would like to give a try on this,
I'd be happy to help him. At the time, if you remember talk on blogging
competition on promo list, I'm baking a little app for that. Later on that
:)
