I have the same feeling and I´m a big disappointed.
I implemented the community features we discussed at the sprint. But I can´t commit the code because we still have now mysql on the server. I filed the request to the sysadmin in november and got no response.

We also have now working layout on www-devel.kde.org at the moment.
It is difficult to work on the content and frontend features if you have now idea how it will look like at the end.

Could somebody commit at least a temporary CSS?
