Answering http://download.kde.org/download.php 's ask for mirrors in Brazil

Once again (I already wrote about this before but I'll assume something
happened), I'm writing in response to
http://download.kde.org/download.phpwhere it says "
*Unfortunately, we are not aware of any local mirrors in BRAZIL. If you know
a KDE mirror near you, please let us know <webmaster at kde.org>*".

Well, I know 2 in good status, according to
http://download.kde.org/mirrorstatus.html#br .

So, please, add it (preferrably, he ftp or, if possible, both) so that this
page ( http://download.kde.org/download.php )  behave for us in Brazil as
they do for other countries.
