Why NS4 instead accessibility compatibility out of the blue?

Hi,

Well it looks better in NS 4, but still a bit messed up: 
http://promo.kde.org/testing/wwtestnew.jpg (shot just taken).  More of the
elements show up if you disable stylesheets, but then there is no color at all
(except the black on white).
