Why NS4 instead accessibility compatibility out of the blue?

Problem is that CSS in NS 4 are way to buggy to workaround completly without 
breaking even XHTML Transitional and other browsers. I will try to improve it 
further in the next days, but not if it makes the page worse for mozilla and 
konqui ;)
