Probably more work than worthwhile.

First of all, politics-wise, you would have to contact and inform
every single person involved and get them to agree.  All these sites
are maintained by different people on different servers.  So next you
would have to get the directories sanely moved while preserving
history, and then you would have to update each and every server and
make sure everything works.  And then realise, people have written
scripts and various hacks that depend on the current structure...

It's just nitpicking afterall...
