Compile okular on Win8 with Visual Studio 2010

A windows build setup hase many complexities, as you need to install loads of 
dependencies and then ensure that the configure script finds it.

We have a tool for this called emerge:
http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/Windows/emerge

I would advise that you use the kde-4.8 branch of emerge and run the 
command "emerge okular" after setting up emerge. If you encounter problems, 
we are usually very helpful in our IRC channel.
