need help updating a program

I am updating kbibtex and I tried to use the install page on compiling but
get this error, I haven't tried emerge, the author has a way to do it but I
am having problem with Microsoft visual studio compiler too. Attached is the
errors if anyone can give me a clue on what I am doing wrong.
