can't update MS Windows bugs, "Platform" blank

I've filed a few bugs, e.g. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156080
and 156690.
When I try to update them, I get the error:
Bugzilla has suffered an internal error. Please save this page and
send it to owner at bugs.kde.org with details of what you were doing at the
time this message appeared.

A legal Platform was not set.
Indeed, my bugs have no platform. The only way I can enter a bug is
with http://bugs.kde.org/wizard.cgi which doesn't give me a Platform
choice. I choose "MS Windows" as Operating System during the Wizard and
fill in most fields.
So I think there's a bug with the bug wizard?
