kdewin-installer release 0.9.3 available

Hi,

today a new release of the the kdewin installer is available. You can download if from http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-latest.exe

The new features are 
- the installer is now able to detect available releases on a download server 
- packages could now be installed from a local directory by specifing file:///<drive>:<path>/url on the command line or into the mirror selection page
- the installer is now able to fetch and run new versions of the installer by itself
