Problem with kdewin-installer-gui-0.9.2-4 and oggcodecs.

I tested this just on my machine and I do not see this behavior - the 
oggcodecs windows is displayed before the installer. Does anyone have an 
idea why this window may be behind the installer ?

You have pressed cancel and what happens then ?

You probably started the installer again.

How do you recognized that the installation could not be continued ?
