xine-lib really required for kdebase ?

hm, this is not related to directsound - the 
"-DKDE4_DISABLE_MULTIMEDIA=ON" option to cmake is required for kdebase 
already a bit longer - there was just not enough pressure yet to change 
that.
Afaik the directsound backend is not even dependending on this setting 
since it is made in amarok sources itself.
