meinproc crashing on windows.

I too have succesfully compiled kdelibs (mingw) this evening with  
dependecies from installer and qt from source patched from windbus.
All compile and work fine.
At least meinproc was looking for non existent libQtCore4.dll (QtCore4.dll  
instead). Just rename works.
