kdewin32-installer 0.6.9 not working

Hi,

wanted to use the kdewin-installer at work to install kde4 there, but
the latest version doesn't work. It downloads config.txt but then
nothing happens anymore. All buttons except the Cancel one are greyed
out. 

Note: I'm behind a firewall, so I had to setup the proxy, but
downloading config.txt worked fine.
