Moving utils.kde.org informations to the wikis

Albert suggested that we should add trackings to utils.kde.org (i.e.
putting it to stats.kde.org), so that in 6 months we will know if
someone is actually going to the page with the version numbers.
If no one does, the idea is to just drop that page and not port it at all.

@Carl: feel free to get in touch with Albert if you don't know how to
add the tracking thing.
