That's something I was discussing on #kde-git yesterday -- some people think 
that in a split layout these apps that were removed (such as cdbakeoven, ksim 
or klprfax) shouldn't even have repositories for them, so if one wants to 
ressurect them one should be responsible for writing conversion rules later.
