Well, you can hide parts of split views... same problem :-). However I
was thinking there should be indication in title bar that there are
other windows.

Actually if deco puts other window tabs in title bar, this is maybe
possible. Works for me, anyway. (But you could make same argument that
maximized FAI should be special case of TAI... Hmm... Actually if we did
this for root, and we add can have plasma widgets on title bars, we
don't need a panel any more ;-).)
