Hi everybody,

after a chat with Olaf in December and some prior efforts with Phil I finally 
wrote a concept for What's This in KDE 4.

It would be good if someone could review it before I send it to Trolltech (as 
they are responsible for What's This and plan to redesign it for Qt 
4.something). I'm happy about any kind of comments.

Phil and Olaf, would be good if you could read it as your names are on the 
title ;-)
