ktp-common-internals license issue

I would say if it uses a license which is non-existing/invalid, that
should be enough to warrant a change by us, no? But, IANAL.

In the same thread from May this year, both Dan and David agreed
to have their stuff relincesed to whatever, so I'd just make it all
LGPLv2.1+, which is what we've all agreed back in time (can't
find any references though).
