I've pushed a code into ktp-auth-handler that will automatically create a
KAccounts account for existing KTp account upon connecting. It will show
just the regular dialog asking for password, checking "Save password" will
also add the account to KAccounts.

Currently this works for jabber accounts and haze-icq. I'll import the rest
of KAccounts provider files so that it will work for all KTp accounts
except Google and Facebook (for the reasons already mentioned).
