[kde-solaris] KDE 3.1.4 Solaris 8 released

A few problems:

The startkde script calls lnusertemp. This (script) does not appear to be
installed.
Also there where a number of files in QT which did not verify, file sizes
significantly diffrenet.
Also SUNWkdearts had errors like :-)

ERROR: attribute verification of </u01/opt/kde-3.1.4/lib/libartsc.la> failed
    owner name <steleman> not found in passwd table(s)
ERROR: attribute verification of </u01/opt/kde-3.1.4/lib/libartscbackend.la>
failed
