[kde-solaris] KDE 3.1.4 Solaris 8 released

Oh man. :-)

lnusertemp -- i will make a small package for it right now. I don't 
know why it didn't get installed in the package -- everything else 
did.

I will also repackage SUNWkdearts -- should take a couple of hours to 
sync to the mirrrors.
