[kde-solaris] Konstruct on solaris

Two questions:

1.  Is this supposed to work? ;-)  Mine fails to fetch ANYTHING.  Yes, wget works correctly otherwise . . .
2.  Is there some documentation on creating custom Makefiles for the "meta" directory??  I'd like to create and build a custom config for our organization that would be installable under /usr/local for our solaris users.
