Here a "etc" is missing, that is, i'm not saying it's only you but the group
of people that push for git but don't have any i18n knowledge.

Ok, you can call this an overreaction, and it is.
The problem is that this seems more and more a battle when we are all friends
and we all want the better for KDE which makes this kind of
aggressive/destructive arguments/discussions pointless/dumb.
