This reminds me the a blog i posted regardless i18n and how KDE treats as 
important.

if you/Chani/Aaron/Matt that i doubt ever translated anything in KDE, use KDE 
in english, have not dealt with translators and do not know the KDE 
translation workflow are the ones that are going to decide what is a valid 
concern, i'm out of the i18n coordinator position and probably out of KDE as a 
whole.
